The sweet breeze blows
The trees rustle about
Smell of autumn fills the air
Peace moves throughout the air
A serenity of lethargy overcomes
Relaxing of the mind and body
The trees begin their fall
The final act of an annual show
Grand finale of color
Breathtaking, art of nature
Appealing to the heart
Reacting with the autumn air
Enticing one to the simple pleasures
The seasonal show of the land
A sign foretelling the winter to come
Slowly the air grows colder
The leaves coming to the end
The brown curtain overtakes them.
