Saint Pat's Day
From the shine of the sun
To the breeze in the air
Nothing more
Made my heart prepare
For the feast this night
I dressed in green
To avoid a pinch
And wondered what desert
Would make me beg
For just another inch
Maybe an apple pie
With a scoop of ice cream
Or maybe auntie's
Blueberry supreme
Topped with homemade whip cream
Oh, I need not worry
I'll get my fill
Oh, cornbeef you fit the bill
With cabbage on top
Oh, do I love Saint Pat's Day.
