Life is a Gift
Life is precious
Life is pure
A gift to be given
Forevermore
Life is to be cherished
And never taken
A gift that is given
From the one above
Life is to be long
And never taken
Life is to be lived
Through pain and suffering
Looking forward to a brighter day
Life is most pure
In those yet to be born
And never to be thought of
As a choice at hand
Because it is a gift
That should never be taken
That was given you
From God's mighty hand
Life, not a choice
Of yours or mine
But a gift.
