More Indepth :


Ok now a little about me. Let me think. I will start with I like to do. I love to be on the computer. I like to be around people, particularly friends. I like to hang out with no plans whats so ever. I like to go bowling and play billards. In the summer I swim.
I like to look at the stars. They really amaze me. I like to read and when I do it is usually science fiction, or horror or whatever I got in my hands or a poetry book. Yes I write poetry in case anyone did not know. That is the whole Wayward Journey: JOEMS page, which is a good read. So go read my poetry and tell me what you think. I spend a lot of my time right here on my computer, but I guessed I said that and you noticed.

Good Books I have read: I have read Polgara by David and Leigh Eddings. It is a good fantasy read. Anything by Roger Zelanzy. I am a big fan of Nicholas Sparks books as well. All good stuff. I have read The Illumonatious Trilology which is interesting and borderline its own drug. This book is a massive undertaking of brain pain. It is almost like reading 3-4 different books as once. As you can tell I like to read, I just do not do it as much as I would like to be. I also like to read a lot at one time, It makes life more interesting. Though more lately, I am reading gaming magazines, Offical Xbox Magazine and Game Informer.

I like to watch TV. My favorite show on tv is Everwood.  I can not explain the damn show just makes me feel good.  I watch a lot of tv, kind of addicted.  My favorite shows other than Everwood are The Sopranos, The Wire, The L Word, Entourage, Family Guy, Grey's Anatomy, Bones, Weeds, Rescue Me, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Battle Star Galatica, Supernatural, The Office, My name is Earl, American Idol, House, Wildfire and more.  Roseanne is old and off the air but I like to catch it when I can. I catch most of these shows since I have digital cable and a DVR so I record everything and watch it later so I can fast forward through commericals.

I love going to the movies. I like all types of movies. Though my favorite genre is Horror. They are just so much fun.
My favorite movies are The Crow, The Crow: City of Angels, Army of Darkness, Contact, Halloween, Scream, The Big Lebowski(I am not sure why), When Harry Met Sally, Austin Powers, The Shinning, Beetlejuice, Runaway Bride, and many, many more.
 

I really enjoy Japanese animation. I am not sure why but this stuff is addicting.  I have a ever increasing collection of this stuff.  I love all Tenchi Muyo.

My schooling: I graduated from Saint Louis University in May 2000 with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems(MIS). Wasn't that a mouth full. I also got my SAIR GNU Linux Cetertified Administrator(LCA). I went to DeSmet Jesuit High School for 4 years from 1992-1996. That was a wonderful experience where I made and continue to have good friends. It got me ready for college and life.
I attended Saint Louis University for four years from Fall of 1996 til May 2000. I lived in Reinert Hall all four years. I never had so much fun in my life.
My freshman year I lived in a triple with two friends and that was hell. Trying to live in a small space with lots of junk for long periods of times can try anybodys patience. I made great friends which I still keep in touch with to different degrees. My second year was on the same floor and this time as a double. Life was a lot better. It was nice and I lived with only one person who pretty much let me do what I wanted. His name is John and he is a good guy. I made new friends but things were pretty much the same. Third year was pretty much the same same floor and roommate for first semester until he moved out and got an apartment. My fourth and final year I was an Resident Assisstant(RA) on a floor of freshmen and it was an awesome year.

The computer, GOD. This baby is showing its age. It is a KX7 Pro 133 with a 1.4ghz  Athalon Thuderbird processor. I have 786 Mb of SDRAM. I have a Toshiba SM1212 DVD and a DVD+/- recorder. A sound Blaster Live Platinium and a set of Kiploch Lucas THX cetified speakers. (These rocks!!!). I have a 3dfx VooDoo 5500 AGP card with 64Mb of video memory.I have a 3Com 10/100 Fast Etherlink. A 12 gig Western Digital hard drive and and 40 gig Maxtor hard drive. Most of the 40 gig Maxtor is filled with MP3s and Movies. I love these both and now I am runnig out of space. (NOT GOOD).  I am running Windows XP Pro by the way. I also have a HP PCS 500 it is copier, printer, and scanner. I use a Microsoft Optical Trackball mouse. (I love this thing.) I also have a Microsoft Natural Internet Pro Keyboard.

2nd computer,MP3 Server. This is a home built puppy. It is a Athlon 750 with 386 Mb of ram. It has 3 hard drives and factory default cd rom. The hard drives are a Maxtor 20 gig, a 10 gig Maxtor and a 25 gig Maxtor. These are also mostly filled with MP3s and movies. And host my ftp and web server.

3rd computer,Godlite. It is a PIII 850 with 320Mb of ram. It has a 20 gig hard drive and a factory default dvd rom and floppy. It has a a built in nic and and 56k modem. It hosts my webcam since God can not do usb correctly. It has a Webcam Go Plus.
